Refund policy

We want you to love your Happy Hair Brush, and we stand by the quality of every product. That said, we know things happen. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle it:
Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a one-time refund, product exchange or store credit if your brush isn’t quite right for you.
To be eligible:
* Contact us within 14 days of delivery
* Product must be lightly used or unused
* Return shipping is at your expense
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a full refund (less the original shipping cost, if any), or a store credit or send a replacement.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will either refund or replace it, depending on the issue. To do that we have to be able to inspect the product either virtually with photos or video; or in person. Contact us and we will help you through this process including arranging free return shipping to get our faulty product back to us.
We cannot help you if you have already disposed of the product (such as by throwing it away or gifting it to another person) so please ensure that you hold onto it until we have assessed your claim.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Refunds
We only refund return shipping if the item is faulty or damaged, and a receipt or postage proof is provided. Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Email us immediately for return instructions: info@happyhairbrush.co.nz and be sure to email us from the email address you used in the order, your order number, a clear explanation of the issue and photos or video of the item and packaging (where applicable)
Your Rights
We respect your legal protections. In addition to our standard policy, you have consumer rights under the law that we will always honour. Your hairbrush should work properly and last a reasonable time, and do what we says it will do. If you have an issue with your rights under consumer law you may be entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Your additional legal protections apply based on which website you purchased our product through and where you are based.
